A. From Parents / Customers

  • Child details (age, special care instructions, emergency contact)
  • Booking details (date, time, duration, service type)
  • Payment-related confirmation (we do not store card or UPI details)
  • Feedback, reviews, and service-related communication

B. From Babysitters

We may collect:

  • Name, phone number, email
  • Address and location
  • Age, availability, experience
  • Government ID (Aadhaar) and photograph
  • Bank/UPI details for payouts
  • Police verification and background verification details
  • Training attendance and performance records
  • Consent for camera monitoring

2. Camera Recording & Monitoring

  • Some homes may have CCTV / camera monitoring enabled strictly for child safety.
  • Camera access is controlled by parents only.
  • CareCrust does not monitor live footage.
  • Recordings, if any, are retained by parents for a maximum of 14 days.
  • Babysitters provide explicit consent before accepting such assignments.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Process and manage babysitting bookings
  • Match parents with suitable babysitters
  • Conduct verification and training
  • Communicate booking updates and service information
  • Improve service quality through feedback
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and dispute resolution

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Information may be shared only:

  • Between parent and assigned babysitter (limited details required for service)
  • With verification agencies (ID / police verification, if applicable)
  • When required by law or legal authorities

No unnecessary personal data is shared.

5. Payments & Financial Data

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • CareCrust does not store card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.
  • Only transaction confirmation details are stored for records.

6. Data Storage & Security

  • All personal data is stored securely with restricted access.
  • Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
  • Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel only.

7. User Responsibilities

Parents and babysitters are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information
  • Informing CareCrust of any changes in personal details
  • Reporting misuse, safety concerns, or privacy issues immediately

8. Children’s Privacy

CareCrust collects child-related information only for service delivery.
We do not use child data for marketing or share it with third parties.

9. Feedback, Reviews & Communication

  • Feedback and reviews may be used internally to improve services.
  • Testimonials will be published only with consent.
  • Phone calls or WhatsApp conversations may be recorded for quality and safety purposes.
